Oh, Gavin. If only you could comprehend how adorable you are! I was gushing over these images as I was editing them. He was such a great sport during the shoot. Awake and alert and intrigued by the sounds of my camera, the clicking of the shutter with each shot. His parents are so obviously in love with their little man, you can't help but smile.
I always feel so honoured when I'm invited into a family's home to capture their real moments. Scott and Andrea were gifted a photo session with me by her friend and it was such a great session! I mentioned in Gavin's Sneak Peek that Andrea and I are second cousins, so it was a pleasure to meet this little addition to our extended family!
Scott and Andrea, congratulations again on the arrival of your baby boy! Thinking about you and praying for you as you adjust to this new addition to your life and I pray that God will give you so much wisdom when it comes to raising him!
Enjoy these pictures of the precious, little, two week old baby, Gavin!
I know there are a lot of black and white pictures but with newborn sessions I just love the look and feel of the black and whites compared to the coloured ones!

Langley Newborn Session /RYLEE
I love my job. I love how clients can so quickly become friends. I love that I am invited into the lives of strangers and asked to document their milestones. What an honour and blessing.
This family fits that description perfectly. I first met Anett and Robert at their maternity shoot in August. Their little girl, Rylee, was born in November and when they asked me to come back and take some pictures of her I was thrilled! I love babies and being able to see one from a couple whos maternity pictures I took is even more exciting!
Little Rylee is right up there on the cutest-baby-ever scale. She is adorable. She fell asleep right as I got there but the clicking from my shutter quickly roused her awake. She didn't take her eyes off my camera once, hardly. Wow. She was cute. I was melting as I edited these pictures. Such a sweetie pie. And I love the end result from this shoot. It's so natural, at least I think so!
Hope you enjoy them!

Langley Newborn Session /KARALYNN
Karalynn was about 10 weeks old when I met her at her home for a little photo shoot. I'm pretty sure that still classifies her as newborn! She was still so tiny so I think it's ok! She was such a little sweetie. Julia's mom and sister gave her this photo shoot as a gift - what a perfect way to remember your precious baby at this time in their life!
I hope you enjoy these photos and that they will last forever as memories of your little girl! Thanks for letting me into your home, it was nice to catch up with you!
