What a fabulous little farm they have there! So many animals to see, and quite a few pens that you can actually go into and pet the animals. We spent a lot of time with the goats. It was a great way to spend an afternoon as a family!
I'll give a little commentary as you look through these pictures!
Like I said, we started with the goats! Well, we walked around the farm until we got to the goats. First she had to chase a bunch of chickens and ducks.
They liked her.
She liked them. It was a good combo. Every goat got a hug.
And a kiss. =)
No fear.
I thought only goats had these creepy rectangle pupils but sheep do too.
And the goat that reminds me of a cartoon character!
I had 2 goats rubbing their heads against my legs. Not sure what that was all about.
AAAHHH love this picture! It's so classicly Cheyenne.
In the horse barn.
Why hello there Mr. Billy Goat.
Ok, funniest looking chickens ever! Look at all the feathers on their feet!
Then there was this bad boy. He was something else. Or is it a she? Maybe it's a she. No matter, it's still pretty special looking!
Digging for gold in the cow's nose.
She desperately wanted that ball in the background!
Ok, funny story here. This parrot kept saying "hello" and Cheyenne was SO confused. She just stared at the thing... (scroll to next picture)
....like this! haha. And then every now and then she'd say "hello?" It was so cute.
I think this profile picture of her really looks like me when I was little so I had to add it! Every other picture she's a spitting image of my husband when he was this age!
Um, I heart my 35mm lens! And my daughter. And her eyes. And my husband for holding her still long enough to get a few pictures of her!
To finish off the day, we went back to the goats. She had to hug each and every one of them!
Good thing we had her in bright pink so we wouldn't lose her in the crowd!
Walking back to the car. What a fabulous day!
PS: Don't forget to comment so I can donate more cans for my Cans for Comments!

ReplyDeleteOh she's so beautiful! I can't wait to see her at Christmas! And okay, that weird brown "chicken" bird-thing....ew. It's face reminds me of one of the zombies from the walking dead, which I have NOT been watching, by the way. ick.
